We're renting a space not only hourly but also daily for your good times, such as a family gathering, small event, and mothers meeting.
PERFORMANCE EVENT
There's a stage area for performance events. Arrange your music live performance, classical concert and piano recital etc.

The purpose of use is practicing or lessons only. Video recording is not allowed in this plan.
e.g. practicing for improvement of your skill, or Private lesson (1 teacher and 1 student) -
Admission limit
<Practice by Yourself> . . . . Only one person (probably it's you) is allowed to use (go in and out) of the studio.
<Practice by Two People>. . . . Up to 2 people is allowed to use (or go in and out) of the studio.
*If 3 people or more access the studio, a regular price will be charged.

KEEP VOLUME NOT
TOO LOUD.
Yes, we have soundproof walls but it's not enough if the music is too loud. Please keep the volume down and a decent sound!
BE PUNCTUAL
WHEN LEAVING.
Please pack up all your things and leave the studio 5 min before the end of your time slot.
